Job Description:
§ Identify and recruit talents from job ads posting, assessment, phone screening and interview coordination.
§ Assess candidates and manage candidate relationships.
§ Collaborate with HR managers and promote diversity and inclusion.
§ Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.
§ Track and report on recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment process.
Qualifications:
§ Open to Arabic nationals
§ 35 years old and below
§ At least 3 years of F&B experience in the UAE
