Job Description:
- Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong culinary skills in food preparation and presentation.
- Work with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings.
- Maintain food quality and consistency through regular checks.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Skills
Qualifications:
§ Open to Arabic nationals
§ Male, 45 years old and below
§ At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role in restaurants
§ Must have Lebanese cuisine background and can manage more than 40 employees in the kitchen
