Senior Sales Associate (non-retail)
- Develop a sales strategy for financing products to employers
- Build a pipeline of leads composed of HR decision makers at employers within UAE
- Perform online and in person sales calls to leads
- Close deals and sign contracts to enable MNT Halan to market financing products to employees of those client employers
- Potentially hire and lead a team of salespeople
Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and at least 2 years experience in sales in UAE with similar clients or similar products.
- Proven ability to sell in a competitive environment
- Able to work independently to meet goals, in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
