We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge RegTech and financial software solutions across the UAE and GCC. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and C-level engagement to negotiation and closing landmark deals. You will leverage your deep understanding of tax technology, e-invoicing, and compliance to act as a trusted consultant to CFOs, CIOs, and Tax Directors at leading corporations. This position requires a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets by translating complex regulatory requirements into tangible business value. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating an ownership mindset to build and scale our market presence. You will be instrumental in securing new logos and expanding our footprint in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Your success will be defined by your ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.

Requirements

▸ 5-15+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or strategic account management experience. ▸ Demonstrated track record of securing new logos and closing enterprise deals within the UAE/GCC region. ▸ Proven ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and closing. ▸ Experience selling complex B2B solutions such as financial software, SaaS, ERP integrations, RegTech, or compliance automation. ▸ Verifiable history of exceeding revenue targets with quantifiable achievements (e.g., deal values, quota attainment).
