Oversees accounting, treasury, and some administrative responsibilities of the Company. Provide financial leaderships and implementations of accounting strategies, policies and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable and disbursements, receivables, payroll and other employee benefits. Negotiating lines of credits, review of vendor agreements, and insurance policies. Ensure timely preparations and submissions of the financial reports, e.g. financial statements, budgets, forecasts and/or financial projections, coordination with the auditors, provides accurate and comprehensive financial information and analyses to the Partners and other senior members of the management team to guide them in the financial planning and strategy formulations, cost savings and restructurings,.
Skills
- At least 2-year experience as an Accountant.
- Graduate of Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge in invoicing, billing and collections.
- Knowledge in general accounting and disbursements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and accounting software is a must e.g. Tally, Quick books, etc.
