We are a start up company. Our CEO has a real estate company in Belarus that has been operating for 6-7 years and now we are opening an office in Dubai and welcoming agents to join us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cold calls
- Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current housing market.
- Advertise and promote local properties for sale.
- Monitor and update property listings.
- Manage the Listings and sell the secondary real estate.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide professional advice throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Attend training and industry events to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Experience:
- Knowledge of real estate market in Dubai
