Accountable for end-to-end sales support and customer lifecycle management, ensuring accurate master data, timely customer setup, order maintenance, pricing, promotions, and distributor sell-out reporting to enable seamless sales operations. Acts as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Order-to-Cash teams, delivering critical reports, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous process improvements and standardization across markets.
A Day in the Life
Responsible of Customer Life Cycle activities though initiating of customer creation, modification and closure forms with the collaboration of Sales & Customer Master data teams ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of creation to avoid losing sales.
Collaborate directly with GBM & Channel Managers to approve on Promotional Payments to customers on daily basis based on the agreement details ensuring compliance by collecting and validating all documentations.
Responsible of collecting and validating Distributor Sellout Data, reporting the figures to Sales Analytics in Head Office.
Responsible of maintaining master data for Azure / Manual / Hybris Orders.
Responsible of creating the monthly price list report communicating it with Sales Team, Country Finance Manager and Sales Analytics.
Responsible of creating the monthly listing memo including the monthly promotions and deals to Sales team in order to engage with the customers for Sales. (For some exceptional cases, data is communicated directly to customer)
Continuous collaboration and follow-ups with Sales, Finance and E2E Order To Cash teams on day to day operations.
Continuous improvement of Sales Support E2E Process by benchmarking with other centers, initiating new ideas and standardizing the operations across countries.
Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable top management to monitor day-to-day sales operations
