Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of real estate agents/property consultants.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the team.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Identify new opportunities for sales growth through regular client meetings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
  • Collaborate with agents to create effective sales scripts.
  • Stay updated on market conditions and trends to guide the team.
  • Manage team performance, source new leads, and support in closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts with sellers to ensure satisfaction with the terms.

Skills

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes, industry trends, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • UAE Driving License.
  • Broker's License (Preferred)
