The Sales Manager – Repair & Training Services is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that grow ESC’s repair business and technical training portfolio within the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Power Generation sectors. The role ensures strong customer engagement, competitive proposals, and profitable order entry in alignment with ESC business objectives. How You’ll Make An Impact Drive sales of repair services including rotating equipment repairs, gas & steam turbines, compressors component refurbishment, shop services activities. Promote ESC’s training programs covering gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, electrical, I&C, and safety disciplines. Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities through customer visits, RFQ management, and proactive market engagement. Develop market penetration strategies and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, internal stakeholders, and end users across target segments. Coordinate the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals with Engineering, Operations, bid management, and commercial teams. Ensure proposals meet customer requirements and comply with internal governance, pricing guidelines, and margin expectations. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions. Support project execution teams to ensure timely delivery of repair jobs and training programs while maintaining customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning and service-portfolio development. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and opportunity pipelines in CRM tools. Achieve annual order entry, revenue, and profitability targets for repair and training services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial service sales, preferably in equipment repair or aftermarket services. Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment is a plus and proven experience in the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Power Generation markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and corporate tendering processes is preferred Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building capability. Commercial acumen and ability to balance competitiveness with profitability. Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines, and customer interactions. Analytical, structured, and proactive approach to market development.
