Success in this role involves exceeding customer expectations, fostering relationships, and effectively promoting products. The role demands a proactive approach to seeking sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets. What You Will Do: Operational & Commercial Conduct daily inspections of the assigned area to ensure proper placement of price labels, product information tags, and communication media. Review stock levels daily and recommend orders to ensure availability. Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for stock information. Focus on customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing empathetic service. Engage with guests daily to gather feedback and tailor service to their needs. Develop effective relationships with customers to establish trust and confidence. Prepare pro forma invoices based on customer requirements. Update and advise customers on new and interesting products and follow up on quotations. Encourage the team to swiftly address customer needs and improve service quality. Identify sales opportunities and suggest add-on sales to meet targets. Suggest sales improvement ideas and report on slow-moving items. Maintain product displays according to company standards. Expertly understand the product range. Monitor local market developments and maintain competitive advantage by gathering customer and media insights. Stay informed on product changes and communicate customer feedback or product range gaps to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Secondary Education. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proactive and sales-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
