Sales Agent

- Welcome and assist walk in customers by presenting our brand.

- Assist in any events whether indoors or outdoors.

- Achieving the monthly target set by the Sales Manager and the Head of Operations and Sales.

- Creating a database through phone calls, meetings and through referrals.

- Contacting and acquiring new accounts to capture reservations (e.g.: team buildings).

- Maintain all reports whether monthly, weekly and daily reports as requested by the Sales Manager.

- Handling phone calls inquiries in a professional manner and consolidating the reports regarding the callers needs whether a marketing request, a supplier request or a customer's need for a reservation.
