The Sales Advisor is responsible for directly selling international medical insurance plans to individuals as well as small and medium enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Sales Target Management: Conduct meetings and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across both individual (B2C) and Small-to-Medium Enterprise (B2B) client segments.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new business leads through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging personal networks to acquire new clients.
End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to final closure, following the company's structured process.
Client Relationship Management: Schedule and attend client meetings to build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and professional service.
Compliance & Administration: Accurately prepare and submit client applications, ensuring full compliance with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and FRA regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activities through daily reports, call logs, and other required documentation.
Product Knowledge & Initiative: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and a self-motivated approach to proactively drive business results.
