Sales Account Management Team Leader

We are currently looking for a Sales Account Management Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a team of account managers while driving both individual and team revenue targets. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening long-term client relationships, supporting your team in achieving their goals, resolving complex client challenges, and ensuring every client receives the best possible experience with WUZZUF’s recruitment solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Set and achieve individual sales targets while leading the team to meet or exceed collective goals. Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal and team KPIs. Mentor, motivate, and coach account managers to enhance their sales performance and professional growth. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing guidance and regular feedback. Identify team training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning activities. Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely, effective resolution. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development) to deliver seamless client service. Ensure CRM data accuracy and leverage insights for pipeline and performance management. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within recruitment or HR tech. Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams (3–7 members). Hands-on experience in SaaS and CRM systems is mandatory. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and Arabic.
