We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Dubai as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional reception services and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or admin assistant is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
