The Media Sales Manager – North Africa is responsible for driving the commercial expansion, revenue growth, and long-term success of Project Agora across the North Africa region. You will play a key role in opening new markets, developing strategic partnerships with performance brands and agencies, and positioning our performance-driven media solutions as a core growth engine for advertisers.
This role requires a strong combination of consultative sales expertise, performance marketing mindset, and entrepreneurial drive. You will work closely with key stakeholders to build a scalable advertiser ecosystem, maximize client ROI, and establish Project Agora as a leading digital advertising partner in the region.
The candidate will be based in Cairo and is expected to travel to Algeria and Morocco.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a regional subject matter expert in Performance Marketing and Digital Media, guiding performance advertisers and agencies on strategies that drive measurable growth and scalable investment.
Lead the expansion of Project Agora in North Africa, identifying new business opportunities, opening the market, and building a strong pipeline of brands and agency partners.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance-driven media solutions.
Build strategic, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across brands and media agencies, positioning Project Agora as a trusted growth partner in the region.
Own commercial performance across the market, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable and predictable growth.
Drive campaign success and advertiser ROI by delivering actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and consultative account leadership that increases satisfaction and lifetime value.
Demonstrates ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
