Skills

·    UAE Experience in trouble shooting & Repair of Kitchen Equipment, Ovens, Dishwashers, Display Chillers etc.

·    Good understanding of Electrical DB & MEP related requirements for equipment installations.

·    Should be able to identify faulty Spare Parts & its part numbers from Equipment Manual.

·    Should understand equipment diagram, manual & wiring diagrams.

·    Preparing detailed work reports on maintenance activity for customer submission and for our records.
