We are hiring a Key Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our MSS commercial team in Cairo. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identify and convert new opportunities, and work closely with our costing and operations teams to deliver compelling proposals. On day one you will report directly to the Managing Director; once our incoming Head of Sales is appointed (in the same quarter), you will report into them.
What You Will Do
Operate as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B accounts across multiple sectors
Identify, qualify and convert new sales opportunities — both new logos and grow within existing accounts
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts — accuracy matters
Work with the costing team to prepare commercially compliant proposals, submittals and tenders
Run regular customer review meetings — measure satisfaction, pre-empt serviceissues, surface growth opportunities
Track market activity and competitor moves — share relevant insights with the wider commercial team
Maintain accurate sales records (Salesforce or equivalent) for personal and team performance measurement
