Direct Sales Technical Marketing Manager

Job Description Lead technical relationship management with key regional accounts, establishing and maintaining strong connections with clients' technical teams. Conduct regular exchanges with key regional accounts to promote and embed the company’s brand value and technical advantages. Identify and analyze the needs of key regional accounts, collaborating with product and R&D departments to drive technical iterations and product upgrades. Conduct market research to uncover and analyze competitor information, delivering high-quality competitive analysis reports. Lead technical coordination for key regional accounts and major projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for engineering majors such as power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation. Experience: A minimum of 3 years (for Master's degree holders) or 5 years (for Bachelor's degree holders) of pre-sales or related experience in the solar and energy storage (PV+ESS) industry. Skills: Strong professional technical capabilities, excellent proposal/content writing skills, and solid business negotiation and coordination abilities. Preferred: Experience with large-scale solar and energy storage projects (1GW/ 500MWh or above) is highly preferred. Language & Travel: Professional working proficiency in English; ability to accept overseas business trips lasting 6 months or longer.
