Our Brand Manager is accountable for the delivery of top-line and bottom-line targets of Chanel Beauty. Our Brand Manager will oversee commercial operations across Egypt and will work closely with store teams and retailers to ensure achievement of targets through advanced customer and people experience while also raising brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan and budget, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives
Participate in high-level strategic meetings with suppliers, marketing, merchandising, and regional teams to negotiate commercial terms (margins, activations, exclusivities) in line with brand positioning
Partner closely with the Marketing team to define and implement an effective marketing mix across existing boutiques and new openings, ensuring a consistent luxury brand experience
Own and monitor the allocated annual budget in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate tracking of performance and adherence to financial targets
Oversee daily commercial operations to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets, implementing corrective actions when required
Approve brand mix and ensure seamless execution of store openings, closures, and renovations, while contributing to demand planning and stock optimization
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand owners, suppliers, and key business partners to support sustained growth
Negotiate commercial targets, store locations, and brand support agreements with key stakeholders
Champion customer experience excellence through structured feedback mechanisms, surveys, and benchmark analysis
Review and optimize cost efficiency; prepare budget updates and performance insights in collaboration with the General Manager
Lead and participate in Sales and Retail Managers meetings to review counter performance, including sales, marketing initiatives, and team development
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies and ensuring timely execution
Ensure flawless implementation of in-store marketing and brand animation guidelines in line with Chanel standards
Analyse counter and brand profitability, tracking market share and identifying growth opportunities
