Air Logistics Sales Representative is a key contributor within the Air Logistics sales channel, responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of medium-sized accounts. The role focuses primarily on hunting new business while also nurturing existing accounts and identifying cross-business selling opportunities.
How you create impact
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the air logistics business unit through active hunting, lead generation, and networking
Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored air logistics solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities and accurate forecasting
Lead and support RFQs and tenders, ensuring compliance with sales guidelines, phases, and KPIs
Maintain accurate and high-quality customer, opportunity, and stakeholder data in the systems
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize engagement and increase business conversion
