Accountant - 8-12k AED - 1 Year Contract

Are you able to start work tomorrow? We are seeking a skilled Accountant who can start work immediately (within a week).

•      Preparing Financial Statements on a monthly and annual basis.

•      Processing AP invoices and AR transactions within our ERP system.

•      Reviewing bills for potential errors and discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.

•      Reconciling accounts and effectively collaborating with various Finance and non-Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

•      Developing payment strategies, ensuring timely A/P payments, and addressing supplier concerns.

•      Actively participating in month-end closure activities, including posting journals, ledger review, report preparation, and issue identification.

•      Preparing monthly statutory compliances for Corporate Tax and VAT (UAE) and ensuring adherence to all deadlines.

•      Providing support during the annual audit and promptly furnishing external auditors with requested information.

•      Maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records related to the organization and its business partners.

•      Preparing reports on Budget vs. Actual performance.
